MMDCEs: Vetting Committee Recommends Joseph Adongo For Kassena/Nankana Municipal (Navrongo Central)

The Vetting Committee tasked with recommending suitable candidates for Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executive (MMDCE) positions for President Akufo-Addo’s second term has recommended  Mr. Joseph Adongo for the kassena/Nankana Municipality.

In a press briefing, the Ministry of Information unveiled the long-awaited list of MMDCEs. The press briefing came after a short notice issued by the Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin.

Mr. Joseph Adongo holds a Master of Art in Education—Guidance and Counselling and a Bachelor of Art in Education-Population and Family Life. He is the assembly member for Naaga electoral area and doubles as the presiding member for the kassena/Nankana municipal assembly. Thus, making him an outstanding candidate poised with local government administration for the position of municipal chief executive.
